YOB Australia Warrants your new YOB Australia purchase to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months to the original purchaser from the date of purchase. Please note that the following limitations apply:
This warranty covers our products for private recreational use. This warranty does not cover our products for school or rental activities.
YOB Australia will make the final warranty determination, and we will require a “YOB Australia warranty claim form” to be completed by the original purchaser (available from your retailer). A copy of the original purchase receipt will also be required, clearly showing date and place of purchase. The item in question will also need to be made available for inspection on request.
If a product is viewed to be defective by YOB Australia, the warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defective item only. YOB Australia will not be responsible for any losses, damages or costs incurred as a result of use or loss of this product.
This warranty is void if any unauthorised modification, change or repair has been made to any part of the equipment.
This warranty does not cover any damage caused as a result of abuse, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, damage caused by improper storage and handling, damage caused by excessive heat exposure, punctures or ‘dings’, board damage or breakage caused by use in waves or shore break, or falling or wiping out in surf conditions, or damage caused by anything other than defective materials or workmanship.
The warranty for replacement or repaired equipment is good from the date of the original purchase only.
There are no other warranties above and beyond the warranty specified here.
